The participants all compete against each other individually in various categories – chosen before the event.

Virtual game that can be customized to suit the needs of your company

The participants are introduced to the game in an online meeting room. Here they will be met by a host that will explain the aim of the game. The host will be present during the entire event – and facilitate the game 100% LIVE from start to finish.

The rules are simple and therefore it does not take long before the competition itself can begin. Now, the participants will go through multiple rounds that have a specific topic as a turning point. The number of rounds and questions are adjusted accordingly to duration and edition.

The way in which questions are asked and answered will change throughout the quiz so you are guaranteed a varied and tempo-filled quiz where the participants are activated. The participants need access to a computer with Internet access, and a camera as well as a cell phone with Internet access.

Continuously throughout the game, we will show the leaderboard – but nothing is settled before after the last round. The game ends with a big finale in which the winner is named and celebrated with a certificate and confetti.

Content in Company Awards

The game is facilitated virtually and 100% LIVE from our own physical sets by our hosts.

We provide everything necessary, such as questions for the game, sets, facilitators etc.

The host welcomes and introduces the participants to the game and will be present to guide the players throughout the entire game.

Everything takes place in our online meeting room and requires no preparation from the participants. Participants only need access to a computer with internet access and a camera, as well as a cell phone with Internet access.

Before the game begins, we have people ready by the phone to aid any participants who may experience unexpected technical difficulties.

Company awards can be played whether you all work from home or only a few do. Meaning you can gather the office coworkers and join your remote colleagues in our virtual meeting rooms.

 Editions in Company Awards
We offer the game in 3 different editions: Light, Standard, and Premium. The Light edition is available for up to 15 participants on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Standard edition is our normal edition. The Premium edition stands out as you have the option to tailor the event more to your company, as in this edition we have three customizable categories.

“The recognition round”
Has a team reached a goal or has one person shined brighter, now's the time to spotlight and acknowledge their achievements. Let us know who need celebrating and we’ll give them a special shout out.

“The Team”
This round celebrates how different we all are and how these differences strengthen us. Your team can add fun facts about themselves and test how well the team knows each other. 

“Company Values”
This is great for boosting team spirit. In this category, we can add questions about your company, its values, history, wins and growth. This round celebrates the company’s culture and identity. In this round we need your help, you know much more about your company than we do, so you would send us 5-10 questions with what you would like to quiz about and we’ll add it to the event.

These categories are guaranteed to make your event all the more memorable.

As the questions can be customized, Company Awards has multiple possible uses.

The game is especially well suited for teams and companies that work remotely and need a fun and entertaining break whilst also strengthening the sense of community and solving some questions.

The game is developed for businesses, and the quality and difficulty level is set accordingly.

We use Zoom primarily as the platform for our games. Participants can join via their browser without downloading anything. If you do not have Zoom on your computer, you can access the meeting link by a web browser without downloading anything.
Zoom also provides a series of necessary features during the game, such as breakout rooms, main rooms, team division, etc.   

Depending on the number of participants etc., other platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, or any other platform, can be utilized.

After booking and before your event, you will receive the platform link, which you can share with the participants.

We control the technical aspect of assigning teams to breakout rooms and gathering everyone again.

On the event day, we will open the meeting room well before the game starts so participants can meet and chat together before we start.
The participants will also have a phone number they can call if they, against all expectations, have any technical troubles.

What edition should we choose?
Our standard and premium editions are the most popular, but if you are a smaller team and the event is set to take place at the beginning of the week, the light edition might be the right choice for you.
We are always ready to help and will gladly go through the contents and differences of the various editions with you.

How do we book?
In the box on the right, choose the edition and a participant interval, then click “Book now.” Then follow the guide. You are always welcome to contact us via mail or by phone.

What is my role after I’ve booked?
After you have booked and before the event, we’ll discuss the practical details, such as number of teams, platform, and so on, with you to secure the details. On the day of the event, you can sit back and enjoy it with everyone else, as we’ll take care of everything.

When will the meeting room open?
We always make sure the meeting room is open long before the game so that you can chat with your colleagues before the event. After the event, we can make you the host so that you can continue chatting after the game.

How do we sort the teams?
We can sort them randomly on the day, or you can sort them beforehand and send them to us, and we’ll place the players into the right teams.

When and how do I pay?
Your invoice will be sent electronically after booking. It is payable with a credit card or via wire transfer.
